Chapter 1: 41-60
There are two good ways to check out 46.
6 – D20 = 46
10 – D18 = 46
Why not 14 – D16? By going that route, you are making your first dart harder by not aiming at the 6/10 wire. You may remember our good friend 6/10 wire from the lesson about 42. The concept is exactly the same here. Single 6 leaves D20 and single 10 leaves D18.
Reminder: Always try and use the layout of the dart board to your advantage. If you can make your target area bigger, do it! If you have 35 left, what wire can you aim at that will leave 16 or 32?
ADVANCED PLAYERS: Aim slightly above the wire, you want to leave 40 more often than 36.
