There are two good ways to check out 47.
7 – D20 = 47
19 – D14 = 47
People are sometimes surprised to hear that you are supposed to aim at the 7/19 wire. It works just like the 6/10 wire. Single 7 leaves D20, single 19 leaves D14. Just be careful not to bust your score by hitting the T19 on your first dart.
ADVANCED PLAYERS: Slightly favor the 7 segment. You want to leave 40 more often than 28.
